The UK made a committment to resettle 20,000 people by 2020 through the Vulnerable Persons Resettlement Scheme (VPRS).
The latest figures released show that the UK has resettled more than half that figure.
10,538 refugees have been resettled on the VPRS.

Lates figured show that since 2010 the total number of children provided asylum or alternative form of protection by the UK has now reached 28,000.
